| -18 or over for lead volunteers; slots for 16+ available to assist adults
-Ability to serve as positive role model to attendees
-Enjoys working with/desire to work with children; experience a plus
-basic nordic ski ability preferred (at least one adult)
-Ability to be comfortable outdoors in winter weather for much of the program day
-Friendly, respectful |
